Upload the school's signed and stamped declaration letter and the student list (Annexure A). Sayak Sir will then set up the students. The school keeps the parents' consent forms.
Photos are made small automatically. Only Sayak Sir can see them. They are kept while the agreement is active plus 6 months, then deleted.
